Maybe it’s the rise of the Internet, maybe it’s symptomatic of the credit crunch. But has anyone else noticed the sharp increase in email Christmas cards?
By this time each year, my office is usually festooned with cards large and small, from friends, acquaintances, suppliers and consultants sending good wishes and compliments of the season.
But this year, it’s my Outlook mailbox that’s creaking with good wishes. Call me old fashioned, but there’s something very personal about a handwritten card.
What do you think? Answers on a post card (or an email) please…
